I like to do the same but I removed the pads replaced them with alligator clips. Then put a few cock rings on and a Dilator. One alligator clip gets on the lowest cock ring and the other goes to the Dilator. It works best using paper clips on the cock ring to put the alligator clip on (those cock rings out of metal with screws of course). Best feeling is if you put the cock ring behind your scrotum while sourounding your penis shaft....
